Through an array of marketing strategies, an AAM Marketer's responsibility is to identify agencies and agents exploring the opportunity to increase their book of business in life / health / senior market sales.
Their goal is to engage with, attract, and enroll these agencies / agents through specific target markets into AAM's downline.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 / year in our geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to base pay, there is a substantial commission component that will vary depending on performance.
